Refund policy
We encourage you to inspect your dahlia tubers upon arrival. If there are issues, such as wrong variety, damage, or no eye, we do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because they are perishable, tubers are rarely returned to the seller. Instead, photos/videos are required to prove damage or poor quality.
If a refund is approved, you will get your money back or you may get store credit. Shipping rate is non-refundable. Please contact us by email.
We cannot be held responsible for rotting due to weather, pest conditions, poor care, etc. and is not liable for any damage, or loss resulting from crop failure or weather.
We are also not responsible for improper storage of your tubers should any damage happen to them if you choose to not plant them right away.
